1、Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger Heat exchanger, which transfers the heat from one medium to another, is the most common thermal equipment in various of industry sectors. It’s widely used in chemical, energy, machinery, transportation, refrigeration, air conditioning and aerospace fields. Apart from assuring the certain technological processes and necessary conditions, heat exchanger also provides solutions to the heat recovery and energy conservation of the industry secondary energy. As a kind of heat exchanger, heat pipe heat exchanger (HP heat exchanger) often has a rectangular shell with many finned heat pipes mounted inside. In the middle of the shell, there is a diaphragm, which partitions the shell into two channels, high-temperature fluid channel and low-temperature fluid channel. When the two flows pass through their respective channels simultaneously, the heat energy is transferred from the high-temperature fluid to the low one by the heat pipes. Because of its simple structure, high heat exchanging efficiency and low pressure loss, HP heat exchanger has won a good graces and extensive market of many industries. 2、HP Heat Exchanger For air-air Based on the requirements of our customers, WTL has been successfully researching and developing lots of HP heat exchangers for air-air, which are proved to be reliable and efficient in application. From these practices, we’ve accumulated many valuable experiences, especially the cooling system for sealed electrical equipment. It is extremely detrimental to the operation of the electrical equipment and instruments in many working conditions where the air contains much dust, moisture and other corrosive medium. On one hand, the abominable environment will seriously affect the normal use of the equipment, shorten the service life and even lead to high failure rate; on the other hand, Sealing the whole equipment in a cabinet can protect the equipment from the damage of the harsh environment, however, the risk of heat dissipation in sealed system becomes another annoyance and the equipment failure due to over-temperature is also a hard problem. As to this case, we have specially developed a new type of HP heat exchanger to effectively solve the heat dissipation of the sealed electrical equipment cabinet.

1,Product Exhibition                 2,Product Description The heat recovery of low temperature flue gas is limited by the process conditions and the dew point of the acidic flue gas.  It is usually achieved by preheating the combustion air and turning the low value thermal energy in the flue gas to the high value thermal energy in combustion chamber. Traditional tubular preheater is usually big in volume, big in pressuredrop,prone to corrosion and easy to have the problem of ash clogging. Our company has designed and manufactured heat pipe air preheater to ease the above problems. The heat pipe air preheater has been used successfully in the preheater and boiler in the industries of petroleum, chemical,metallurgy, construction materials, electricity generation, etc. with significant energy saving. 3,Product  Structure The heat exchanger is consisted of casing, heat transfer bundle, the partitions of cold and hot sides, and the middle partition. The casing is divided into two regions by the middle partition, namely the cold stream passage and the hot stream passage. The heat transfer bundle is fixed on these three partitions. The heat transfer bundle located in the hot stream passage is the hot end while the heat pipe bundle in the cold stream passage is the cold end. The hot stream is the flue gas and the cold stream is the fresh air. 4,Product Characteristics     1. It is possible to adjust the surface temperature of the heat transfer component by changing the ratio of the hot end area to the cold end area of the heat transfer bundle. If the surface temperature is higher than the acid dew point of the flue gas, it could avoid low temperature acid corrosion. In comparison with tubular air preheater, the surface temperature will be higher at the same flue gas temperature. Thus it would reduce the low temperature acid corrosion. At the same surface temperature, it would reduce the temperature of flue gas and increase the thermal efficiency of the reheater and boiler.     2. Should it be impossible to avoid low temperature acid corrosion, anti-corrosion material could be used on the passage, which is subject to acid corrosion. Anti-corrosion surface treatment or enamel could be used to reduce the low temperature acid corrosion. When enamel is used, the heat transfer surface would be smooth with the additional advantage of reducing ash accumulation and easy cleaning.     3. In the exchanger, the flange and sealing materials used in the middle partition would provide effective sealing with minimum leaking between the hot stream and cold stream.     4. Both of the cold stream and hot stream transfer heat on the fin welded on the heat pipe. The exchanger has a compact structure and is lightweight.     5. The exchanger would be used in counter flows increasing the thermal efficiency.     6. Both of the cold and hot streams are single pass with less flow resistance.     7. The heat transfer component could be dismantled for easy inspection and maintenance.     8. The heat transfer component could be placed vertically or with an inclination angle between 5 and 10 degree with the cold end above the hot end.

The outdoor fresh air and indoor exhausted air go through the passages and exchange heat in counter flow. 3,Product Description Products can be divided into two categories according to use:     1,According to the poor housing air quality,it be added to the fresh air heat exchanger.In summer, the outdoor fresh air has higher temperature than the indoor exhausted air. The heat transfer bundle lowers the temperature of the outdoor fresh air and reduces the air conditioning cost. In winter, the outdoor fresh air has lower temperature than the indoor exhausted air. The heat transfer bundle then preheats the outdoor fresh air and saves the cost of space heating. Thus it can recover the heat energy from the indoor exhausted air, save the energy cost and maintain the air quality.    2,For without fresh air exchange housing, just need the heat exchanger which can release the heat to the environment. There are so many communications and electronic equipment in the unmanned communication station. They should be stayed in a relatively low and stable temperature and humidity. The air-condition should be worked all year around,because they will release big heat to the environment. The air-condition will be wasted a lot of electricity. Our heat exchangers can release the heat to the outside when the temperature of the outside is lower than the inside temperature. Such as in winter,spring and autumn, our air exchanger can reduce the frequency and duration of air-condition.
